Monsta X is a Kpop boy group that has gained a lot of attention around the world. They are a major part of Starship Entertainment and were formed through the survival show “No Mercy” back in 2015 which was a huge hit. At first, Monsta X members stood at 7: Shownu, Wonho, Minhyuk, Hyungwon, Jooheon, Kihyun, and I.M. They were known for their group performances and great dance choreographies. They included different styles of music from hip-hop to EDM. Therefore, they were more famous outside of South Korea and were known truly as an international Kpop group. Monsta X has released numerous albums and EPs, with hits such as “Hero,” “Beautiful,” “Shoot Out,” and “Fantasia.”
Wonho departed from the group back in 2019, Jooheon (Joohoney) started his military service in 2023. However, the remaining group continues to create music and engage with their fans, showcasing their talent and versatility in the K-pop industry. Minhyuk and I.M. are the only members that have tattoos
Minkyuk has a tattoo on his knee and back. His back tattoo is a rose in front of a mirror, almost similar to the rose in Beauty and the Beast. He also has a tattoo of a humpback whale on his knee. I.M. has a tattoo on his back, shoulder, arm, and wrist. He has a big flower on his arm and back beside a quote on his left shoulder. He has a small tattoo on his wrist which can be a happy face or a sad face depending on how you look at it.
Jooheon (Joohoney) makes most of the music for Monsta X
Monsta X is known for being heavily involved in the making of this music. Many help with the lyrics, and arrangement, and compose their music. However, the main member responsible for many of their albums is Jooheon. He will most likely become a producer and maybe even a music video director in the future.
None of the Members of Monsta X have sisters
Of the six members, they all have brothers but strangely none of them have sisters. You would think at least one member would have a sister but that is not the case.

Kihyun can’t eat fish
Kihyun has stated that his least favorite food is fish. It doesn’t matter if it is cooked or raw. He just does not like the smell. This is why you will never see Kihyun eating sushi.
Hyungwon would be a fashion model if he was not in Monsta X
Hyungwon was well on his way to becoming a fashion model before making his debut with Monsta X. He already was popular in the fashion industry and still enjoys modeling to this day. He has a great sense of style and loves shopping. His future will most likely be in Korean dramas and he has already appeared on a few Korean TV dramas.
I.M. lived in Boston for 3 years and in Israel for 4 years.

Minhyuk is a very good gamer
Minhyuk loves playing the popular online game LOL (League of Legends). He is known to stay up late into the night playing the game. He is very good and is considered one of the best LOL players within the Kpop industry.
